Job Description
Elite Chauffeured Services is seeking a highly professional and experienced Wedding Limousine Chauffeur to join our team for weekend shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients’ wedding days are seamless, stress-free, and memorable. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, safely transporting bridal parties and guests, and maintaining the pristine condition of our luxury limousines. We are looking for individuals who embody punctuality, discretion, and a deep understanding of customer service excellence, especially during such a significant life event.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury limousines safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to bridal parties and wedding guests, anticipating needs and ensuring comfort.
- Arrive punctually for all scheduled assignments, allowing ample time for pre-trip inspections and route planning.
- Assist passengers with entry and exit from the vehicle, as well as handling luggage or personal items with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of the limousine, both interior and exterior, before, during, and after each shift.
- Plan and execute optimal routes, avoiding traffic and road closures, and adjusting as necessary to meet client schedules.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding scheduling, route changes, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Adhere to a professional dress code and maintain a polished, discreet demeanor at all times.
- Handle unexpected situations with calm and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations in the last 5 years).
- Minimum of 1 year of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of local Pasco County and surrounding areas, including common wedding venues.
- Impeccable time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Physical ability to assist passengers, lift luggage, and perform vehicle cleaning duties.
- Discretion and a strong sense of professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience specifically as a wedding chauffeur.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle operation and maintenance.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Background in hospitality or high-end service industries.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
