Job Description
We are seeking an inspirational and visionary School Principal / Headmaster to lead one of our esteemed educational institutions within the Paterson Public School District. This executive role is crucial for driving academic achievement, cultivating a positive school culture, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in educational administration, curriculum development, staff management, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the school, aligning with district goals and educational best practices.
- Oversee all aspects of school operations, including academic programs, student affairs, staff development, and budget management.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth.
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and evaluate highly qualified faculty and staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
