Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and data-driven E-commerce Pinterest Growth Lead to join our dynamic Performance Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our Pinterest advertising strategies to drive significant growth in traffic, conversions, and revenue for Etsy’s diverse seller base. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform, a proven track record in performance marketing, and a passion for e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Pinterest advertising strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale Pinterest campaigns, including audience targeting, bid management, creative testing, and landing page optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product, and engineering teams to develop innovative ad formats and test new features on Pinterest.
  • Stay abreast of Pinterest platform updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee budget allocation and forecasting for Pinterest ad spend, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, articulating strategy, results, and recommendations.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-scale Pinterest advertising campaigns for e-commerce businesses.
  • Proven expertise with Pinterest Ads Manager, Pinterest Analytics, and other relevant advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies and results clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with other performance marketing channels (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and incrementality testing.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  • Experience working for a marketplace business model.
