Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized High School Office Associate to manage essential filing and scanning tasks within our administrative office. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate and accessible records, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting our educators and students. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in office technology, and possess a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital student and administrative records.
  • Accurately scan documents into the school's digital record-keeping system.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with general office duties, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Support staff with document retrieval and archiving needs.
  • Contribute to maintaining an efficient and orderly office environment.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proven experience with filing and document management systems
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, including scanners and computers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
