Job Description

Accenture is seeking a Junior Data Scientist with a keen interest in Apple Analytics to join our innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work on projects that leverage vast datasets from the Apple ecosystem, providing insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients. You will be instrumental in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing complex data, developing predictive models, and creating compelling visualizations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, processing, and cleaning of large datasets, specifically focusing on data from the Apple ecosystem.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to client objectives.
- Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms under senior guidance.
- Create clear and concise data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and business analysts, to integrate data solutions.
- Participate in data quality assurance and validation processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data science techniques, tools, and industry best practices, particularly within the mobile and consumer technology space.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in a statistical programming language (Python or R).
- Strong understanding of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Foundational knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, ggplot2, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in mobile analytics, consumer behavior, or the Apple ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Prior internship or project experience in data analysis or data science.
