Job Description
Are you looking for an easy-going, independent role where you can shine without the pressure of a large team? PopSockets is seeking a friendly and reliable Mall Kiosk Attendant for our location in Torrance. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working solo, engaging with customers, and managing their own space. You’ll be responsible for presenting our popular range of mobile accessories, assisting shoppers, and ensuring our kiosk is always welcoming and well-stocked. No prior experience is necessary – we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed in this fun and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the mall kiosk independently, ensuring a smooth daily operation.
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and selections.
- Process sales transactions accurately using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk display at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking products as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including opening and closing routines.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic mathematical proficiency for handling cash and card transactions.

- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
