Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to assist customers with additional banking needs.
- Educate customers on various bank products and services.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Manage and balance cash drawer daily, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through friendly and professional interactions.
