Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Virtual Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team at Savills. This is a 100% remote, part-time position offering flexible daytime hours, perfect for someone looking to balance work with other commitments. You will provide essential administrative and marketing support to our real estate agents, helping them manage their portfolios and enhance client relationships. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry or a quick ability to learn. As a Virtual Real Estate Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our agents’ daily tasks, contributing directly to their success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update client databases and CRM systems with accuracy.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings for agents.
  • Prepare and format real estate documents, contracts, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research and compile property information for agents.
  • Assist with social media management and online marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to client inquiries and direct leads appropriately and professionally.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support real estate operations.
  • Liaise with vendors, photographers, and other service providers as needed.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
