Job Description
We are urgently hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen & Counter Crew members to join our dynamic teams across multiple McDonald’s locations in Liverpool. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our customers have a great experience, whether you’re preparing delicious food in the kitchen or serving with a smile at the counter. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to McDonald's standards and recipes, ensuring food safety and quality.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Serve food and beverages with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
