Job Description

Are you passionate about farming and looking for a unique opportunity with built-in accommodation and regular payouts? Frontier Agriculture is seeking a dedicated Remote Farm Hand. While this position operates under remote management and supervision, it requires full-time, on-site presence at a designated farm location. Accommodation will be provided, and you will receive weekly payouts for your hard work and commitment. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy practical outdoor work, and are eager to contribute to essential agricultural operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general farm duties including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, and monitoring their health (if applicable to the assigned farm).
  • Assist with irrigation, fencing, and general farm infrastructure maintenance.
  • Monitor crop health, identify pests or diseases, and apply treatments as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm buildings, tools, and work areas.
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines and company protocols.
  • Report regularly to remote management on progress, challenges, and farm status.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Basic understanding of agricultural practices or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar outdoor labor role.
  • Valid UK driving license (Category B or higher).
  • Experience operating tractors or other farm machinery.
  • Knowledge of basic animal husbandry.
  • Certification in relevant agricultural practices (e.g., pesticide application, machinery operation).
