Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Mobile Nail Support professional to join our dynamic team in Brighton. This crucial role involves providing essential logistical and practical support to our mobile nail technicians, ensuring they have everything they need to deliver outstanding services. You will be responsible for transporting supplies, setting up equipment, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring a smooth, efficient operation from appointment to appointment. A reliable vehicle and a full, clean driving license are essential. Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport nail technicians, equipment, and supplies to various client locations across Brighton and surrounding areas.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of mobile nail stations at client premises.
- Manage and maintain inventory of nail products, tools, and disposable items, ensuring technicians are always well-stocked.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of all mobile kits and vehicles.
- Provide excellent customer service, acting as a friendly and helpful point of contact for clients when needed.
- Assist with scheduling and logistical coordination to optimize daily routes.
- Handle administrative tasks such as tracking mileage and managing receipts.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company protocols.
Required Skills
- Full UK driving license with a clean record.
- Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting equipment and supplies.
- Proven experience in a driving or logistics support role (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
