Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical and non-technical customer issues effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
  • Manage time effectively to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and general computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset, with a proven ability to de-escalate difficult situations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in the BPO or technology support industry.
  • Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a plus.
  • Experience with complex troubleshooting or technical support.
