Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Concierge Support professional to join our team at a prestigious high-end apartment block in Glasgow’s vibrant Merchant City. This role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional living experience for our residents by providing unparalleled front-of-house services, security, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, discreet, and organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, visitors, and contractors, providing a warm and welcoming presence.
  • Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring secure storage and timely distribution.
  • Assist residents with various requests, including booking taxis, making restaurant reservations, and providing local information.
  • Monitor CCTV and access control systems to ensure the security and safety of the building and its residents.
  • Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address building issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, visitor logs, and service requests.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and communal areas.
  • Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and trust.
  • Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, or hospitality role within a luxury environment.
  • Knowledge of local amenities, services, and attractions in Glasgow.
  • First Aid certification.
