Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet WFH Executive Liaison to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to Netflix’s top management. This critical remote role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage complex schedules and projects from a home office environment. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily executive functions, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple senior executives.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, screening and directing communications, and responding to inquiries on behalf of executives.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data compilation as requested by top management.
  • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and databases.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across various departments and time zones.
  • Process expense reports and manage administrative budgets as needed.
  • Oversee and track key deliverables and action items for leadership.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other communication tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactivity.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the entertainment or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Experience with international scheduling and travel logistics across multiple time zones.
