We are looking for someone with an innate ability to connect with people, a strong desire to learn, and an unwavering commitment to personal growth. In this unique role, we will cover the full cost of your professional life coaching certification, providing you with the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to become a certified life coach. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced coaches, and a clear path to becoming a full-fledged member of our coaching team.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all aspects of the sponsored life coaching certification program.
- Shadow and observe certified coaches during client sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
- Assist senior coaches with administrative tasks, scheduling, and client follow-ups.
- Engage in continuous self-study and professional development outside of formal training.
- Develop and practice coaching techniques under the guidance of mentors.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to a collaborative learning environment.
- Build a foundational understanding of coaching methodologies and ethical practices.
- Gradually take on supervised coaching responsibilities as skills develop and certification progresses.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong active listening and empathetic abilities.
- High degree of emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, scheduling software).
- Commitment to ethical practices and client confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role.
- Demonstrated interest or foundational knowledge in psychology, human behavior, or personal development.
- Experience in volunteer work or community engagement.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Counseling, Communications) is a plus, but not required.
