Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally precise Professional Livery Operator to join our distinguished team. Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs, meticulously planning routes to avoid delays.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of assigned vehicles to the highest standards, both interior and exterior.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with luggage and ensuring their comfort and privacy.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage client itineraries, understanding and anticipating their needs with discretion.
- Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols regarding client information and travel details.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
Required Skills
- Valid Class E or equivalent driver's license with a pristine driving record (no accidents or violations in the last 5 years).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience (livery, executive chauffeur, or similar).
- Exceptional navigational skills and familiarity with the Central Florida area, including Pasco County.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a luxury chauffeur or private driver.
- Familiarity with GPS and route optimization software.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Defensive driving course completion.
- Knowledge of luxury vehicle operation and basic maintenance.
