Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for individuals with no prior coaching experience, as we provide comprehensive, paid training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. As an Online Mindset Coach, you will work remotely to guide clients through personalized development plans, fostering positive mindset shifts and driving impactful change in their lives and careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and excel in BetterUp's comprehensive paid training program to master our coaching methodology and platform tools.
- Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with a diverse portfolio of clients via video conferencing.
- Help clients identify their personal and professional goals, develop actionable strategies, and track progress.
- Provide empathetic support, constructive feedback, and motivation to empower clients.
- Utilize BetterUp's proprietary platform to manage client engagements, schedule sessions, and document progress.
- Continuously engage in professional development and peer learning opportunities.
- Adhere to BetterUp's coaching ethics, guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional active listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency with basic technology, including video conferencing tools and online platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent life experience).
