Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Office Runner to join our team, supporting operations at a key client site in Dundee. This entry-level role is perfect for an individual who is proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a bustling office environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office, assisting various departments with essential tasks, and maintaining an organised and welcoming space for all occupants. Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution.
- Restock office supplies, pantry items, and ensure common areas are tidy and well-maintained.
- Perform general errands within the office or local vicinity as required, including document delivery and pick-ups.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, including basic AV equipment setup.
- Support administrative staff with copying, scanning, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies to prevent shortages.
- Act as a point of contact for minor office maintenance requests and liaise with facilities team.
- Ensure all office equipment is in working order and report any issues promptly.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
