Job Description
Join the UPS team as a Pedicab Driver with a special focus on tourism and events in Pasco, Washington. This unique role combines eco-friendly transportation with exceptional customer service, offering an engaging way to explore the city’s attractions and support local gatherings. You will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, packages, and promotional materials using a pedicab, acting as a friendly ambassador for UPS and the Pasco community. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a pedicab safely and efficiently to transport passengers and small packages/materials within designated areas, particularly tourist routes and event zones.
- Provide friendly, informative, and professional service to all passengers, offering insights into local attractions, history, and events.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times, adhering to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the pedicab, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, and with any luggage or personal items.
- Maintain a clean and well-presented pedicab, reflecting UPS's professional image.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, if applicable, and maintain detailed ride logs.

Required Skills
- Valid driver's license (standard bicycle operation often sufficient, but a driver's license preferred for general road knowledge).
