Job Description
Are you passionate about hair artistry and eager to master the latest coloring techniques? Privé by Salon Deauville is offering a unique opportunity for an Apprentice Colorist to join our esteemed team. This is a comprehensive paid training program focusing specifically on balayage and highlights, designed to transform dedicated individuals into skilled color professionals. You’ll work alongside experienced senior colorists, gaining hands-on experience and invaluable mentorship in a luxurious salon environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program led by senior colorists, focusing on balayage, highlights, and advanced coloring techniques.
- Assist senior colorists with client consultations, color mixing, application, and post-service care.
- Learn and practice various coloring methods, product knowledge, and salon best practices.
- Prepare clients for color services, including shampooing, conditioning, and treatment applications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the color station, tools, and salon area.
- Provide exceptional client support, ensuring a comfortable and positive salon experience.
- Attend all training sessions and workshops to continually enhance skills and knowledge.
- Support the salon team with daily operational tasks as needed.
