Job Description

We are seeking a discerning Cocktail Lounge Evaluator to join our team in Pasco. In this unique role, you will immerse yourself in various cocktail lounge environments, discreetly assessing service quality, drink craftsmanship, ambiance, and overall guest experience. Your objective is to provide detailed, actionable insights that will elevate our standards and ensure our lounges deliver top-tier social experiences and exceptional service. This role requires a blend of observational skill, objective analysis, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of discretion and integrity. Key Responsibilities
- Discreetly visit and evaluate assigned cocktail lounges, assessing all aspects of the guest experience.
- Evaluate drink quality, presentation, ingredient freshness, and adherence to recipes.
- Observe and provide feedback on server attentiveness, product knowledge, and overall customer service.
- Assess lounge ambiance, cleanliness, music, lighting, and general atmosphere.
- Document detailed observations and provide constructive, objective feedback through structured reports.
- Identify areas of excellence and opportunities for improvement in service delivery and operational standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all evaluations and findings.
- Stay informed on current cocktail trends and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- Exceptional observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear report generation.
- Ability to provide objective and constructive feedback.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
- Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology principles.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Word).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food & beverage, or customer service.
- Background in quality assurance or mystery shopping.
- A recognized certification in mixology or spirits (e.g., WSET).
- Familiarity with local Pasco nightlife and entertainment venues.
