In this unique role, you’ll get to watch the latest blockbusters and independent films for free, all while providing crucial feedback on our cinema’s operations, cleanliness, staff performance, and overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned AMC cinema locations in Midtown Atlanta at specified times to evaluate various aspects of the movie-going experience.
- Purchase tickets, concessions, and other items, strictly following specific instructions provided for each assignment.
- Observe and discreetly assess staff interactions, cinema cleanliness, restroom conditions, audio/visual quality, seating comfort, and adherence to company policies.
- Complete detailed online reports immediately after each visit, providing objective, constructive, and comprehensive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments, findings, and proprietary information.
- Adhere to all guidelines and deadlines provided for each evaluation, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Potentially engage with staff members to test customer service responses and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent observational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear, concise, and articulate reporting.
