Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals in Engineering, Construction, and Architecture to join our dynamic team in Missoula. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning, design, and execution of various engineering, construction, or architectural projects.
  • Conduct site investigations, surveys, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
  • Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule.
  • Perform quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new projects.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an engineering, construction, or architectural role.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SAP2000, SketchUp).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant engineering or architectural discipline.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, Architect (RA) license, or EIT certification.
  • Experience with sustainable design principles (e.g., LEED certification).
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Montana.
  • Experience in specific sectors such as water/wastewater, transportation, structural, or commercial building design.
