Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated professionals in Engineering, Construction, and Architecture to join our dynamic team in Missoula. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning, design, and execution of various engineering, construction, or architectural projects.
- Conduct site investigations, surveys, and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with specifications, budget, and schedule.
- Perform quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Adhere to all relevant safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for new projects.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an engineering, construction, or architectural role.
- Proficiency in relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SAP2000, SketchUp).
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eligibility for visa sponsorship in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant engineering or architectural discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license, Architect (RA) license, or EIT certification.
- Experience with sustainable design principles (e.g., LEED certification).
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Montana.
- Experience in specific sectors such as water/wastewater, transportation, structural, or commercial building design.
