Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and efficient Mall Food Court Busser to join our team at The Mercat Shopping Centre. This fast-paced role is essential to ensuring our food court remains clean, tidy, and inviting for all our patrons. You will be responsible for quickly clearing and cleaning tables, assisting with waste management, and providing general support to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Promptly clear tables of plates, cutlery, and food waste after customers have finished dining.
- Wipe down and sanitize tables and chairs regularly to ensure cleanliness.
- Transport used dishware and refuse to designated areas.
- Assist with keeping the floor area clean and free of spills or debris.
- Monitor waste bins and ensure they are emptied promptly when full.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Support food court vendors and management with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
