Job Description

Are you passionate about technology and eager to learn? Apple Retail UK is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Apple Genius (Trainee). This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for those with a keen interest in troubleshooting and repairing Apple products, even without prior professional experience. We provide comprehensive, hands-on technical repair training to equip you with the skills needed to become an integral part of our Genius team. Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in a structured training program to learn diagnostic and repair procedures for Apple products.
  • Shadow experienced Geniuses to understand customer interaction and repair workflows.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on iPhones, iPads, Macs, and other Apple devices under supervision.
  • Execute specified repairs and component replacements following Apple's guidelines and safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of all repairs and customer interactions.
  • Educate customers on product features, care, and best practices.
  • Uphold Apple's standards for customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient service area.
  • Stay current with new Apple products, services, and repair techniques.
