Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Field Admin Assistant with a passion for the outdoors and travel to support our regional operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth administrative functioning of our field teams, which often operate in diverse outdoor settings and support travel initiatives. You will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating schedules, handling documentation, and providing essential support to field staff, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional outdoor experiences and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to field teams and regional managers.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for field staff.
- Manage and organize project documentation, permits, and reports.
- Assist with inventory tracking and procurement of field supplies and equipment.
- Process expense reports and financial documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain schedules, appointments, and communication for field operations.
- Act as a liaison between field teams and the main office, relaying information and resolving administrative issues.
- Support the planning and execution of outdoor events and travel-related programs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with outdoor activities, gear, or travel logistics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
