Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Attend virtual meetings, discussions, and technical sessions to capture key information accurately.
- Transcribe spoken information into written notes, summaries, and action items in real-time.
- Organize and maintain clear, concise, and structured documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all recorded information.
- Collaborate with team members to clarify details and confirm understanding of complex topics.
- Adhere to confidentiality protocols and data security guidelines.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and distributing summaries post-meeting.
- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance team productivity.
Required Skills
- Exceptional listening and comprehension skills.
- Strong written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in typing at a fast and accurate pace.
