Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Google Data Handler to join our remote team within the financial sector. This crucial role involves accurately managing and processing data using Google Workspace tools, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficient information flow for various financial operations. You will play a key part in supporting our data management initiatives, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain financial data in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace applications.
  • Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and structure large datasets to facilitate efficient analysis and reporting.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries from collected data as required by team leads.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent data handling practices.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive financial information.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Workspace applications (Docs, Drive, Gmail).
