Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Charter Limo Driver with a strong focus on long-distance trips to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation services for clients traveling across states or for extended periods. This role requires excellent driving skills, a meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and outstanding customer service. You will be operating luxury sedans, SUVs, and limousines, ensuring a comfortable, secure, and punctual journey for our esteemed passengers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate luxury vehicles for long-distance charters, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide a superior level of customer service, ensuring passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout the trip.
- Maintain impeccable vehicle cleanliness and conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure a smooth boarding and alighting process.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic, weather, and client preferences for long journeys.
- Manage trip logistics, including fuel stops, rest breaks, and overnight accommodations when necessary.
- Maintain accurate driving logs and expense reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress, potential delays, and any issues encountered.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and professionalism standards at all times.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as long-distance trips often require variable hours.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional chauffeur or commercial driving experience, with a focus on long-distance routes.
- Exceptional knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
- Strong navigational skills and familiarity with GPS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience driving luxury vehicles (e.g., Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator).
- Knowledge of the Arvada, Denver, and surrounding regional road networks.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Fluency in a second language.
