Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders and store deliveries, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently, using appropriate equipment.
- Assist with the accurate receiving, checking, and storage of incoming goods.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet trucks) after receiving proper training.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to accurately read labels and count items.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment (not essential, but a plus).
- Understanding of basic health and safety principles.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
