Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic 15-year-old looking for an exciting part-time job in a dynamic environment? Urban Air Adventure Park in Columbia, MD is seeking energetic Playground Hosts to ensure our younger guests have an unforgettable and safe experience. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who love interacting with children, have a positive attitude, and are committed to creating a fun atmosphere. You will be instrumental in supervising play areas, engaging with kids, and maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness throughout the park.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively supervise children and guests in designated play areas, ensuring adherence to safety rules and guidelines.
- Engage with guests, encouraging participation in activities and fostering a positive play environment.
- Monitor attractions for safety hazards and promptly report any issues to management.
- Assist guests with questions, provide directions, and offer exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas, including sanitizing equipment and tidying up.
- Assist with party setups and guest services as needed.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children.
