Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Records Management Assistant with a focus on AI and digital data to join our team in Murrieta, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and organizing digital records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting the implementation of AI-driven solutions for enhanced records processing. You will work with various digital platforms and tools, assisting in the classification, retrieval, and archiving of critical information. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the digital conversion, indexing, and categorization of physical records.
  • Manage and maintain digital document repositories, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of AI tools for data extraction, classification, and search functionalities.
  • Perform quality checks on digital data to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT and data science teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve digital workflows.
  • Process requests for information retrieval, ensuring timely and secure access to digital records.
  • Assist in developing and documenting records management procedures, with an emphasis on digital data governance.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with digital document management systems (DMS) or enterprise content management (ECM) platforms.
  • Basic understanding of data organization, indexing, and retrieval principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
