Job Description

Are you exceptionally organized, proactive, and passionate about providing bespoke service? Concierge Services of Florida is seeking a dedicated Personal Concierge to join our elite team in New Port Richey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on managing diverse tasks, anticipating needs, and executing solutions with precision and a positive attitude. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling everything from routine errands to complex lifestyle coordination, ensuring their lives run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute a wide range of personal errands including shopping, package delivery/pickup, and appointment scheduling.
  • Coordinate and oversee household management tasks such as vendor scheduling, home maintenance, and organization projects.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
  • Research and recommend local services, entertainment options, and lifestyle activities tailored to client preferences.
  • Handle administrative tasks, correspondence, and calendar management with utmost discretion.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between clients and third-party service providers.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in hospitality, personal assistant, or customer service.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using productivity software and online scheduling tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with luxury clientele or high-net-worth individuals.
  • Familiarity with the New Port Richey and greater Pasco County area.
  • Second language proficiency.
