Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Limo Rental Host to join our team in Frisco, TX. As a Limo Rental Host, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning clients, ensuring an impeccable start and end to their luxury transportation experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, manage reservations, assist with vehicle selection, and ensure all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. This role is crucial in upholding Blacklane’s reputation for excellence and delivering memorable moments.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist clients upon arrival and departure at our Frisco location.
- Manage client reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision and a friendly demeanor.
- Provide detailed information about our luxury fleet, services, and pricing options.
- Assist clients with vehicle selection, ensuring it meets their specific needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with chauffeurs and dispatch to ensure timely vehicle availability and seamless service.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively, striving for first-resolution.
- Process payments accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Ensure the lounge and vehicle staging areas are tidy, welcoming, and presentable.
- Uphold Blacklane's brand standards for luxury service and client confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, hospitality, or client-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using reservation software and basic office applications.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the luxury transportation, automotive, or high-end hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Frisco and the broader Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
- Fluency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is a plus.
