Job Description
Join the Publix team as a Customer Service Representative in New Port Richey, FL. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide exceptional service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Answer customer questions about products, services, and store layout with accuracy and enthusiasm.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process returns, exchanges, and other transactions accurately and in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting customer service area.
- Collaborate with other store associates and departments to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Provide information on current promotions, loyalty programs, and store events.

Preferred Qualifications
