Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and articulate individuals to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist, focusing exclusively on written correspondence. This is a 100% remote position where you will be the front line of support, resolving customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring satisfaction through email, chat, and other written communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, concise, and helpful written communication.
  • Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and outcomes.
