Job Description
Are you a high-energy 14-year-old looking for your first job experience in a super fun environment? Dave & Buster’s in Baltimore is seeking enthusiastic and friendly Arcade Hosts for casual weekend work. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn valuable customer service skills, be part of a great team, and make some extra cash in an exciting arcade setting. No prior work experience or resume required – just bring your positive attitude and readiness to jump into the action!
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them with game-related questions.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade area, including games and common spaces.
- Provide basic assistance with game issues (e.g., retrieving lost game cards, explaining how games work).
- Assist at the prize counter, helping guests redeem tickets for prizes.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all arcade visitors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to keep the arcade running smoothly.
Required Skills
- Must be 14 years old or older.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
