Job Description

Join Amazon as a Virtual Secret Shopper specializing in evaluating phone and chat customer support interactions. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to enhancing our customer service quality by providing objective, detailed feedback on agent performance, adherence to guidelines, and overall customer experience. You will act as a typical customer, interacting with our support channels and meticulously documenting your experience to help us identify areas for improvement and celebrate successes. This position is 100% remote, offering flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual secret shopper engagements via phone and chat as assigned.
  • Evaluate customer service interactions based on predefined criteria, including professionalism, accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide detailed, objective, and constructive feedback through structured reports.
  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement in agent performance and overall customer support processes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all evaluations and company information.
