Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to start their career in a supportive corporate environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our office, providing administrative support across various departments. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize office files, documents, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate databases.
  • Provide general administrative support to various teams and departments.
  • Ensure office equipment is functioning properly and arrange for maintenance when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
