Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, new account openings, and provide information on various banking products and services.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bank products, services, and compliance regulations.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Assist with branch opening and closing procedures as required.
- Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently pursuing higher education preferred).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with banking products and services.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
