Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Wellness Concierge to provide unparalleled support to our luxury brand clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape the wellness journey of high-net-worth individuals, delivering bespoke services remotely. You will be the trusted point of contact, curating personalized wellness experiences and connecting clients with exclusive resources, all while maintaining the highest standards of discretion and professionalism. This role is 100% remote, allowing you to contribute to a world-class luxury brand from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for luxury clients seeking wellness guidance and support.
  • Develop and recommend highly personalized wellness plans, including fitness, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery options.
  • Coordinate and schedule virtual wellness appointments with vetted coaches, therapists, and practitioners.
  • Curate and provide access to exclusive wellness content, products, and services.
  • Maintain meticulous client profiles, preferences, and records with utmost confidentiality.
  • Proactively anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance their well-being.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in the luxury wellness industry.
  • Uphold the Four Seasons brand standards of service excellence in all interactions.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury customer service, hospitality, or high-end personal assistance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sophisticated and empathetic approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and complex requests with precision and grace.
  • High level of proficiency with virtual communication tools (video conferencing, CRM software).
  • Strong understanding of general wellness principles and a genuine passion for health and well-being.
  • Discretion and an unwavering commitment to client confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and a resourceful mindset.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Health Sciences, Kinesiology, or a related field.
  • Certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, or fitness.
  • Previous experience supporting high-net-worth individuals or VIP clients.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a significant advantage.
