Job Description

No prior bus driving experience is required – we believe in investing in our people, which is why we will pay for your full PCV (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) licence training. Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete comprehensive PCV training to obtain your licence.
- Learn and master designated bus routes, schedules, and fare collection procedures.
- Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, including assistance with boarding and alighting.
- Conduct pre-service vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
- Manage passenger queries and handle challenging situations with professionalism and calm.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment within the bus.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
- Full, clean UK driving licence (manual transmission preferred) held for a minimum of 1 year.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly responsible.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Commitment to learning and professional development.
- A calm and resilient approach to driving and passenger interaction.
Preferred Qualifications
