Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented WFH Document Specialist to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurate and secure data entry, document management, and ensuring the integrity of sensitive information. This position offers a flexible roster, allowing you to manage your work schedule effectively while meeting our operational demands. As a key member of our administrative support, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards for data accuracy and confidentiality, working entirely from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, secure data entry into various internal systems with exceptional accuracy and speed.
- Categorize, organize, and archive digital and physical documents in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies, making necessary corrections.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to data security protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure timely processing of documents and data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor data entry issues and report complex problems to supervisors.
- Manage personal work schedule effectively to meet deadlines within a flexible roster system.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in data entry and document management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.
