Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Kitchen Hands to join our busy fast-food restaurant in Leeds. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items, including chopping vegetables, preparing ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and sweeping/mopping floors.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking and rotating supplies.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly.
