Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Luxury Manor Porter to join our distinguished team at The Bristol Hotel. This role is pivotal in delivering our promise of high-level service, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, welcoming, and exceeds expectations. As a Luxury Manor Porter, you will be the face of our establishment, providing essential support and a discreet, professional presence that contributes significantly to the sophisticated atmosphere of our manor. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and personal belongings with utmost care.
- Proactively assist guests with inquiries, directions, and general requests, offering personalized recommendations.
- Manage the efficient and secure handling of guest luggage, ensuring timely delivery to and from rooms and vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the manor's entrance, lobby, and common areas.
- Run errands and undertake light maintenance tasks as required, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Assist with valet parking and car services when needed, demonstrating careful handling of guest vehicles.
- Act as a point of contact for external services and deliveries, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure a cohesive and outstanding guest experience.
