Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist to join our front desk team for weekend shifts. As a ‘Weekend Warrior’, you will be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. This vital role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to guest service. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests and visitors upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and front office.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as mail distribution, package handling, and record-keeping.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity to appropriate personnel.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
