Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Team Lead to manage a team of Apple At Home Advisors. This is a unique opportunity to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing remote team dedicated to providing exceptional customer support for Apple products and services. The successful candidate will be a strong motivator, adept at virtual communication, and passionate about fostering a positive and productive remote work environment. This position is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 10-15 remote At Home Advisors to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and professional growth in a remote setting.
  • Ensure team adherence to Apple's policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide guidance to advisors on complex cases.
  • Identify training needs and work with training teams to implement development programs.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Apple products, services, and support tools.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in leading and managing remote teams within a customer service environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and motivate a distributed team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and performance management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop individuals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for technology and Apple products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience as an Apple At Home Advisor or similar role.
  • Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
