Job Description
We are seeking a highly meticulous and passionate Vehicle Groomer (Prestige) to join our esteemed team at Maserati of Tampa. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the immaculate presentation of our high-end Maserati vehicles, both new and pre-owned. This position demands an exceptional eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury car care techniques, and a commitment to maintaining the pristine condition that our brand embodies. You will work with some of the most beautiful cars in the world, ensuring they are prepared to the highest showroom standards for our discerning clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exterior and interior detailing on new and pre-owned luxury vehicles.
- Execute meticulous washing, waxing, polishing, and paint correction to achieve a flawless finish.
- Clean and recondition vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and leather treatment.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly for any imperfections and address them proactively.
- Apply ceramic coatings or other protective treatments as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Manage and maintain detailing tools, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for delivery or display.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in automotive detailing, particularly with high-end or luxury vehicles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for automotive aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using various detailing tools, products, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of paint correction, protection, and interior care.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
