Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using various software applications.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, photocopying, and supply management.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a professional and welcoming front office.
- Support office operations by ensuring common areas are tidy and supplies are stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and project completion.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).
