Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Evening Prep Associate to join our team, working Monday to Thursday in our Sheffield City Centre store. This part-time role is crucial for ensuring our store is well-prepared and stocked for the following day’s business. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including stock replenishment, basic cleaning, and organizing merchandise to maintain a high standard of store presentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently replenish shelves and displays with new stock, ensuring correct placement and rotation.
- Organize and tidy product displays, ensuring all items are front-faced and neatly presented.
- Assist with the unloading and sorting of deliveries, moving stock to appropriate storage areas.
- Conduct basic cleaning tasks within the store, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and clearing aisles.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe for colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
- Support the wider team in maintaining an organised and efficient backroom and sales floor.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks such as stock replenishment and organization.
- Good physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.

- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or similar environment.
